so i practiced the hula hoop today

220+ clockwise 80+ counter-clockwise 140+ full-hip rotate clockwise and 10+ while walking. and walked like 2-3km today. omg is this the beginning of me being a “fitness” person?!?!?!? HOPE SO :) :) :) :)
